Online Branching

Our online branching allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You will have access to your account balance, history, transfer funds from one account to another, make loan payments, request a withdrawal, and even order checks online! You can view your statements and other documents online by accepting the terms of Edocuments. If you do NOT accept the terms of edocuments, but you enroll in e-branch service, you will be charged a non-edocument users fee of $2.00 per month. To avoid this charge, click on the edocuments link on your account screen and you will begin receiving your statements and other documents online. You will also be able to sign up for Online Bill Pay.* Simply click on Pay Bills on the top function menu to start taking care of your bills the fastest, easiest, and safest way today!

  • View tax information for the previous year
  • View a list of transactions on your accounts
  • View your monthly statements electronically using e-Statements
  • Withdraw funds via a check to be printed and mailed to your address

* Once you enroll in Bill Pay, you must use the Bill Pay Service each month to avoid a service charge. A fee of $2.00 will be charged for each month that you do not use Bill Pay. If you no longer want to use Bill Pay, please contact the credit union to have this service removed from your account.

Mobile Banking

You MUST be enrolled in Internet Branching BEFORE you can download the app from the app store. (Type First Carolina People's CU in the app store search box).

Once you have your app installed, enter your user ID and password from Internet Branching to sign into the app. If you would like to use a 4 digit code to sign into your app, go to Settings and slide the Quick Login button to choose your 4 digit code. Once you set up a code you will be able to use that code instead of your user ID and password.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Check Deposit allows you to take a picture of your check (front and back) and deposit it in your account with the app.

To access this feature, log into Internet Branching and select Remote Deposit Enrollment on the left side of the screen. You must accept the Terms and Conditions to enroll (See endorsement requirements). Your request will be sent to the credit union for processing. It's that easy!

E-Statements

Fast, Convenient, Secure

E-Statements are a great way to receive your First Carolina People's CU monthly account statement at your convenience, FREE, from the comfort of your home or anywhere you have access to the Internet! You no longer have to wait for a paper statement to come in the mail or worry about it getting lost.

First Carolina People's CU E-Statements feature valuable benefits including:

  • Convenience - Easily access your E-Statement online anytime.
  • Faster Service - E-Statements are generally available several days earlier than paper statements.
  • Printable - Your E-Statement looks exactly like your paper statement and you can print it any time or just save it on your computer.

You'll receive an email when your statement is available so you can view it securely online. Instead of waiting for your monthly statements to arrive by mail, sign up for FREE E-Statements today
