First Carolina People’s Credit Union Annual Meeting will be held virtually this year. If you plan to attend, please register below and you will receive an email invitation closer to the date of the meeting. This invitation will provide login and dial in information so you can listen and participate in the meeting. You must be the primary account holder at First Carolina People’s Credit Union to register.

NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Qualifications, Number and Term of Office for Directors

Any individual member of FCPCU, 18 years of age or older, shall be eligible to serve as a director. The maximum number of directors shall be nine (9). At the meeting, May 20, 2024, elections shall be for three directors to serve a three year term.

Election of Directors

The membership shall be notified with the Call to the Annual Meeting of the opportunity and procedure for nominating candidates for the Board of Directors. Each nomination must be accompanied by the candidate’s statement of intent and the signatures or support of at least five other members prior to the Annual Meeting. Nominations will not be accepted after May 13, 2023. A member must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to make a nomination or cast a vote. This year’s board members with expiring terms are Willie Parks, Hailey Kirby & Angela Hucks.
